Great Barr Church Lands is a single-parish trust. Almost everything we do — fabric, graveyard, music, conservation — is done in partnership with another organisation. This page lists each partner, what we work on together, and how to write to us if your own organisation might wish to be added in time.

Lichfield Diocesan Board of Finance
Custodian trustee under the 1966 Variation Scheme. Provides annual property advice and the DAC architect on consequential fabric work.
Churches Conservation Trust
Partnered on the 2008 east window programme; consulted on the 2026 south aisle leadwork brief. A patient, careful advisor.
Historic England
Listed-building consent partner for all consequential fabric work at St Margaret's (Grade II*). Three completed consents since 2018.
Allchurches Trust
Two small fabric grants since 2018, totalling £6,200; an occasional partner on furnishings work. Now Benefact Trust.
National Lottery Heritage Fund
Unsuccessful 2019 application for the Burial Records project, openly recorded; small project partnership 2022.
Sandwell MBC
Local authority partner on autumn leaf-clearance; co-funder of the Burial Records project from 2023.

We discuss partnership enquiries at the monthly trustees' meeting on the first Tuesday. Replies usually take ten working days. Please tell us what you have in mind, what you would be looking for from us, and whether your work might fall within our seven charitable objects.
