These terms apply to the use of greatbarrchurchlands.org. They are written to be readable; they are also intended to be a faithful statement of the legal position. If you have a question about anything here, please write to us.

Who runs the site
greatbarrchurchlands.org is operated by Great Barr Church Lands, a charity registered in England and Wales, Registration No. 220030, with its registered office at 12 Perry Avenue, Streethay, Lichfield WS13 8FW. The trust has no separate legal personality as a company — it is a charitable trust governed by a Scheme of the Charity Commissioners dated 13 November 1891 as varied 30 March 1966.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Use any automated means to scrape, fingerprint or crawl this site at a rate that would impair its availability for other readers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server, or related infrastructure.
- Submit any form on this site with false personal details or with another person's personal data without their consent.
- Post or transmit material that infringes intellectual-property rights, defames any person, or is otherwise unlawful.
Donations
All donations made through this site are received by the trust as a charitable gift. Card donations are processed by Stripe UK; we never see or store your card number. Gift Aid declarations are made by ticking the relevant box on the donate page. If you make a donation by mistake, please write to [email protected] within fourteen days and we will refund the gift in full; after fourteen days, refunds are at the trustees' discretion.
Intellectual property
The text of this site, the photographs commissioned for it, and the design system on which it is built are © Great Barr Church Lands 2026, or licensed to us. The Charity Commission entries, where reproduced, are © Crown Copyright and are reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
You may reproduce up to 200 words of text and a single thumbnail image (max 480 px on the longest side) for non-commercial educational or news-reporting purposes, provided that you credit Great Barr Church Lands and link back to the original page.
